Fulfilment Advisor

Knutsford (Head office) | Up to £21,500 | Full Time

We are looking for dynamic, customer-focused fulfilment advisors, with previous recruitment experience, to join our Knutsford-based team.

Salary and benefits:

Hours of work:

36 hours per week on a 24/7 basis so there will be a requirement to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

About the role / key responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the account management teams and the clients directly to source temporary labour via the company’s extensive agency network. As a Fulfilment Advisor your core duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Maintaining regular telephone contact with client and agencies to keep them fully informed on status of bookings,
  • Complying with SLA requirements of assigned contracts,
  • Filling all outstanding and emergency shifts on assigned contract,
  • Keeping client and agencies up to date with any needs and with current progress,
  • Maintaining and developing excellent relationships with client, agencies and colleagues,
  • Booking staff into shifts, manage and monitor booking system,
  • Maintaining and updating when required booking systems,
  • Achieving personal targets and objectives set.

About you / key skills:

  • You will have experience of working in a busy office environment ideally with exposure to the recruitment industry,
  • you will possess excellent customer service and communication skills,
  • you will be educated to A level standard or have the equivalent work experience,
  • you will have a confident and professional telephone manner,
  • you will be IT literate (particularly Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint),
  • you will have strong organisational and prioritising skills,
  • you will be able to work under pressure and to deadlines,
  • you will be able to adapt to the different work patterns which include night working and weekends.
