IT Technician

Knutsford (Head office) | Up to £22,000 | Full Time

We are looking for an IT Technician to provide helpdesk support to GRI staff from our Knutsford HQ, ensuring the highest standards of customer care and professionalism are maintained.


  • Up to £22,000 per annum

We are looking for an IT Technician to provide high-quality helpdesk support for internal employees, ensuring the highest standards of customer care and professionalism are maintained. This will include but not be limited to;

  • To offer first response to all IT helpdesk queries in a professional and polite manner,
  • To develop positive working relationships with internal and external clients and suppliers, offering support where appropriate,
  • To participate in, work within the structures of, and as appropriate enforce the Company’s Information Security Management SystemTo attend training and development programmes to fulfil personal development goals agreed with the Company,
  • To have a clear understanding of requirements in relation to confidentiality when dealing with sensitive data,
  • To have the ability to deal with a broad range of tasks and a high volume of workload.


  • General IT support & maintenance experience including Windows laptops & network printers,
  • Phone system administration,
  • Office365 account administration,
  • Relevant work experience,
  • Good interpersonal skills for developing relationships with internal stakeholders,
  • Good standard of education preferably in an IT discipline.
