We are looking for an experienced recruitment partner, with knowledge of the temporary labour market, to work on-site at our client offices in the Midlands.

ABOUT THE ROLE / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for a Recruitment Partner to provide on behalf of GRI, high quality client relationship and support. The role will be based at client offices in the Midlands. An idea of what this opportunity includes: 

  • Managing the recruitment process in order to deliver all temporary recruitment requirements to the client,
  • Ensuring all allocated accounts are maximising spend through GRI,
  • Responsibility for conducting profitable business with all clients within your portfolio,
  • Managing agency performance aligned to your portfolio,
  • Promoting GRI services to all nominated sponsors,
  • Addressing any agency underperformance,
  • Ensuring all standard operating procedures and KPI’s are completed,
  • Taking ownership of a client visit schedule to ensure the required number of visits are conducted with each client, every year,
  • Ensuring customer feedback is obtained after every meeting,
  • Ensuring all requirements are placed through GRI panel agencies and there is no Out of Panel Spend (OOPS),
  • Screening candidate CV’s from agencies,
  • Developing and update job descriptions and job specifications,
  • Supporting hiring manager interviews when required,
  • Supporting with on boarding of temporary workers where appropriate,
  • Providing input to MI as required by the Contract & Performance Manager,
  • Understanding and resolving AWR queries,
  • Advising hiring managers about future legislative changes and the associated impact,
  • Ensuring client pay and charge rates remain competitive within the market,
  • To travel within the UK and to GRI head office in Cheshire when required to fulfil contractual and company obligations.
  • ABOUT YOU / KEY SKILLS:

  • Previous experience of recruitment is essential,
  • Experience of account management,
  • An understanding of the temporary labour market,
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal,
  • IT literate (particularly Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint),
  • Strong organisational, prioritisation skills and attention to detail,
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal,
  • Articulate with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and relationships.
