We are looking for a talented recruitment partner, with previous experience within the industry, to support to our Sunderland-based team.

Salary and benefits:

  • Circa £27,000 per annum

About the role / key responsibilities:

We are looking for a Recruitment Partner to support our Core function. You will be providing on behalf of GRI, high quality client relationship and support. This will include but not be limited to:

  • To manage the recruitment process in order to deliver all temporary recruitment requirements to the client,
  • To ensure all allocated accounts are maximising spend through GRI,
  • To be responsible for conducting profitable business with all clients within your portfolio,
  • To manage agency performance aligned to your portfolio,
  • To promote GRI services to all nominated sponsors,
  • To address any agency underperformance,
  • To ensure all standard operating procedures and KPI’s are completed,
  • To take ownership of a client visit schedule to ensure the required number of visits are conducted with each client, every year,
  • To ensure customer feedback is obtained after every meeting,
  • To ensure all requirements are placed through de Poel panel agencies and there is no Out of Panel Spend (OOPS),
  • To screen candidate CV’s from agencies,
  • To develop and update job descriptions and job specifications,
  • To support hiring manager interviews when required,
  • To support on boarding of temporary workers where appropriate,
  • To provide input to MI as required by the Contract & Performance Manager,
  • To understand and resolve AWR queries,
  • To advise hiring managers about future legislative changes and the associated impact,
  • To ensure client pay and charge rates remain competitive within the market,
  • To travel within the UK to fulfil contractual and company obligations.

About you / key skills:

  • Previous experience of recruitment,
  • Experience of account management,
  • An understanding of the temporary labour market,
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal,
  • IT literate (particularly Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint),
  • Strong organisational, prioritisation skills and attention to detail,
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal,
  • Articulate with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and relationships.
