Andrew Preston, CEO – UK and COO – EMEA & APAC of GRI, part of Geometric Results Inc. – the world’s largest neutral vendor recruitment outsourcing specialist – has been recognised twice in the 2020 Amazon Scale-Up Awards.
Andrew is a finalist in the Business Leader of the Year and Entrepreneur of the Year categories. The Amazon Scale-Up Awards recognise Britain’s best companies and the entrepreneurs, founders and leaders who run them. Their panel of judges – who include Piers Linney (ex-Dragons’ Den star and investor), Jackie Fast (Apprentice star and businesswoman), Caprice (model and businesswoman), Irene Graham OBE (CEO of ScaleUp Institute) – spent over a month scrutinising and scoring the high volume of entrants.
Event founder Andrew Scott comments:
“These awards are all about celebrating the UK’s fastest-growing business – not those with the biggest PR budgets but the companies that are achieving year-on-year growth – that are employing people, creating wealth and making things happen. Congratulations to all of this year’s finalists”.
In what are hugely significant times for GRI as the company continues to grow and deliver high performance, the double shortlisting further recognises Andrew’s expertise and GRI’s service delivery excellence.
“With our already award-winning track record, it is great to have been shortlisted twice in the prestigious Amazon Scale-Up Awards.
“The double shortlisting is a further demonstration of my commitment to the business and our people, my focus on continuing to grow our leading position and my drive to repeatedly deliver record performance, year-on-year”.
Winners will be announced at a ceremony on Friday 20 March 2020, at the Hilton Park Lane in London.
