Geometric Results in the UK (GRI) has achieved an “outstanding” assessment in their latest independent Investor in Customers (IIC) assessment process.

IIC is an independent organisation that conducts rigorous benchmarking exercises to determine the quality of customer service and relationships. The assessment encompasses how well a company understands its customers, how it meets their needs and how it engenders loyalty.  IIC also compares the views of staff and senior management to client experience to identify how centrally the customer is placed within the company’s strategy.
