We negotiate with your agencies to ensure fairer, standard commercial charges for their provision of temporary workers, and enforce this through the deployment of our e-tips® technology. This technology can additionally manage your bank workforce giving complete visibility of all your non-permanent staffing spend and fulfilment.
With no initial investment, our outsourced neutral vendor model is funded via a small percentage of the ongoing savings we achieve for organisations. This creates a risk-free opportunity to change the way interim social workers, agency nurses, locum doctors and bank workers are recruited, as well as the hundreds of other skills required.
Working with GRI means working with true independent workforce managers. As a neutral vendor, we have no affiliation with (or ownership of) supplying recruitment agencies. This is particularly important in this sector, where agency charge rates can vary by as much as 35%. As we have no conflict of interest we can truly recommend the best course of action for an organisation seeking to regain control of budgets, whilst still securing the staff required.
