Rather than posting the required vacancy on the e-tips® system, client hiring organisations can opt to call our fulfilment team with their requirements.
The fulfilment team will then add these to the e-tips® system and additionally communicate with your agency panels directly to ensure the vacancy is fulfilled.
The fulfilment team operate in a similar way to a call centre and are available 24/7, 365 days a year from our UK head-quarters in Cheshire. Contract aware, they are on stand-by to ensure your vacancies are fulfilled by your agency panels whether it is 6am on Boxing Day or 11pm on a Sunday.
This service is particularly helpful for multi-site organisations whose hiring managers may be based in depots and prefer to call a number to speak to a person.
Our fulfilment team also support organisations who require crucial, but often last-minute, out-of-hours hiring.
